Ridgely Howard stumble through a soft-shoe routine as The Twinkletoes. Bing Crosby, Bob Hope and Dorothy Lamour
starred together in a series of “Road” pictures. Road to
Hong Kong (1962) would be released in March and would be the final film in
the series.

A jazz combo performs to end the show,
made up of Randy Kirby (Durward Kirby’s son) on bass, Fred Waring, Jr on
trombone, Darius Brubeck (Dave Brubeck’s son) on piano and Gene Paul (son of Les
Paul) on drums. Randy would make many
appearances on various television series from the 60s into the 90s. Darius made a career as a jazz performer and
educator. Fred Jr became a conductor and
jazz trombonist.
