Garry the Weatherman: Welcome to our show on a rainy, dreary night in New York”

Mr. X wheels out a cardboard box which contains: “A live shark”
Dr. Carlton Ray is Assistant to the Director of the New York Aquarium on Coney Island.  The Aquarium is shipping the shark to an aquarium in San Francisco.  Dr. Christopher Coates, the director of the aquarium, comes out to unwrap the package, pull the four-foot-long shark out of the water and show it to the camera.  Ray and Coates had appeared on the show a little over a year ago with an electric eel ( E309 ).

Special Guest Jack E Leonard is trying out various toupees while the panel is blindfolded.  A three-woman panel selected from the audience judges the choices.  Genial visual humor abounds.

Three-year-old Sammy Deep from Macon, Georgia: “I learned to play the drums when I was one year old”
Young Mr. Deep performs Stars and Stripes Forever with the Salvation Army band under the direction of Major Richard E Holtz.  The same band had visited the show the previous Christmas ( E317 ).
