David Wilson Carrell from Westminster, SC: “I’ve been struck by lightning 8 times”
Garry has news headlines documenting Mr. Carrell’s fourth and seventh strike, the seventh having occurred on July 14, 1956.  Carrell says there has been another since then.

Special Guest Faye Emerson: “I’ve moved Garry’s entire office onto this stage”
Faye is back in town to start her Broadway run of Protective Custody, which would open that Friday and close on Saturday.  She helps the rest of the panel exact revenge on Garry for various misdeeds over the past year.  Hers specifically relates to the show of November 14 (E210).  Garry’s secretary Joan Madeo makes another brief appearance (see E100 ) as do four comedy writers from his daytime show.

Bill auctions off Garry’s suit to the studio audience
Revenge for a May 23rd stunt (E188).   A woman in the audience pays $25 for it.

Henry: “I’m sending Garry to ‘Birdland’ to play the drums”
With his clothes auctioned away, Henry gives Garry a Zoot suit to change into.   This is revenge for Garry sending Henry to perform at the Met on November 28 ( E212 ).  Garry will perform with Count Basie’s orchestra at the famous jazz nightclub, located just a few blocks away from the studio.

Jayne: “We’re going to seal Garry in a crate”
Revenge for a February 29 stunt with Basil Rathbone ( E176 ).  The panelists then wheel Garry out on 47th Street, with cameras following, where he is loaded onto a Mayflower moving van and driven to Birdland.
