Leslie Briggs from East Concord, Vermont: “I
have a twin brother I’ve never met"
The 37-year-old Briggs and his twin, Raymond Roach of Pooler, Georgia, were separated at birth in 1917. Roach is watching the game from the studio audience. Briggs had found out about his brother's existence in 1945 through military records, but they had only learned of each other's whereabouts last summer. They had been corresponding frequently but had not met in person until Secret arranged their emotional reunion. Briggs is asked to pick Roach out of the audience, which he does easily.
12-year-old Danny Brennan and 13-year-old Elaine Keenan from Jersey City, New Jersey: “We
have 1,060,941 freckles between us"
Danny and Elaine were named Freckle King and Queen in a contest sponsored by the Jersey City Parks Department. They are both about to be eighth graders.
Special guest Robert Q Lewis: “Each
action I perform will begin with the letter Q”
Lewis was a radio performer and disc jockey who embraced television early. He hosted early variety shows and game shows, including the G-T panel show The Name's The Same, and was a frequent game show panelist and guest throughout the fifties and sixties. He added the "Q" to his name while working in radio, and admitted that it didn't stand for anything. Occasionally, he would joke that it stood for "Quizzical".
