from Washington, D.C. to Jacksonville, Florida (1,000 miles)…in a paper boat”
Patterson packages corrugated box material
and made the trip to prove his product’s waterproof qualities. His sturdy-looking, hand-made boat is
revealed after the game.
Special Guest Lucille Ball tries to
get the panel to imitate various emotional states using the power of
suggestion. Lucy is appearing on
Broadway in the musical Wildcat (1960-1961). Though she seems fine
here, she had taken a two-week break from the show between February 5 and
February 19 due to an unspecified illness.
