Don McNeill hosts

Johnny Miller from Portland, OR: “I play 5 musical instruments at the same time”
Miller plays guitar, harmonica, bass fiddle with his right foot, and both steel guitar and Solovox organ with his left foot.  He performs the Western swing ballad “Detour (There’s a Muddy Road Ahead)."   He would appear as himself (billed "Driftin' Johnny Miller") in the 1958 film Country Music Holiday, but would die a year later in an automobile accident.

[Mary Warner] of Tenafly, NJ: “I am a direct descendant of Lady Godiva”
Godiva was an actual countess of the 11th century, remembered today for riding through the streets of Coventry naked to protest her husband’s unfair taxes on the people.  According to the legend, the townspeople were forbidden to watch her ride, but one tailor named Thomas ignored the edict.  From that story we get the term ‘Peeping Tom’.

Special Guest Sheree North covers Don McNeill in sand
The panelists are blindfolded, of course, though as each is eliminated, they join in the slapstick fun which eventually dissolves into mayhem.  North was an attractive blonde actress whom 20th Century Fox groomed to be the next Marilyn Monroe, but whose career never reached anywhere close to those heights.  She worked steadily throughout her career, eventually becoming a ubiquitous guest star on television series of the 70s and 80s.
