Alice Joline was a Philadelphia area artist   

Special Guest George Jessel stands up and gives a speech every time a panelist mentions his name. 
As an actor, Jessel’s filmography is relatively small and mostly forgotten.  His fame derives instead from his willingness – even eagerness – to give speeches and serve as master of ceremonies at testimonial dinners, political rallies, fundraising banquets and practically any other form of gathering.  All these personal appearances earned him the nickname “Toastmaster General of the United States.”
