Mr and Mrs William L Littell from Hackensack, New Jersey: "We're celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary"
The article in their local paper (seen here) teased the couple's appearance on I've Got a Secret the next day. According to a 1963 profile of the couple, in recognition of their 60th wedding anniversary, Mr Littell appeared wearing a flower in the buttonhole of his coat. That tipped Jayne off to the nature of their special occasion. The Littells had seven children, five of whom lived to adulthood. At the time of this appearance, they have nine grandchildren. By 1963, they would be up to twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
